Hispanic Business Solutions Group, LLC has one opening available for the position of Market Research Analyst with the following qualifications:

 

Requires U.S. Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Graphic or Industrial Design, or related field. Also requires one year of experience in marketing related occupation in: leading marketing initiatives for Hispanic market, including creating and optimizing marketing materials and brand insights using knowledge of Hispanic market; establishing brand identity and position; defining audience to clarify marketing goals; and evaluating customers’ online and traditional marketing practices to identify limitations and devise opportunities for improvement.

 

Job duties for the position include:

 

Research marketing conditions in the U.S. to effectively target the Hispanic market. Collaborate and share research with planning teams to develop compelling advertising campaigns and strategies and help determine companies’ position in the marketplace. Prepare and present detailed research reports to management regarding information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products and services. Work closely with clients to understand their market research needs and deliver insights that support their objectives. Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive strategies to effectively establish brand identity and position, define target audience, and clarify marketing goals. Analyze demographic data and cultural insights specific to the targeted market to tailor marketing strategies accordingly. Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Conduct market segmentation analysis to identify subgroups within the Hispanic market for targeted marketing efforts. Coordinate with digital marketing teams to integrate market research findings into online campaigns and content strategies. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns and consumer engagement. Identify key influencers and develop partnerships for influencer marketing campaigns. Provide cultural sensitivity training to marketing teams to ensure campaigns resonate with consumers in an authentic and respectful manner. Conduct focus groups and in-depth interviews to gather qualitative insights about consumer behavior and preferences.
